Job summary

Neurho Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely salary processing and statutory reporting. You will join an operational HR team, implementing payroll changes in SAP HR from testing through validation.

Responsibilities include payroll calculations, statutory declarations, and adherence to deadlines. You will collaborate with HR specialists and analysts, handle process changes, and escalate issues to keep procedures current.

Qualifications

• Four to six years of professional experience in payroll.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Dutch at C2 level.
• French at C2 level.
• English at C2 level.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HR systems.
• Knowledge of case management tools.
• Knowledge of SAP HR.

Responsibilities

• Follow monthly payroll calculations through to salary payment and carry out the associated controls.
• Prepare and follow up statutory declarations, including social security and payroll withholding tax, within the applicable deadlines.
• Follow legal and internal changes and help implement them in SAP HR.
• Test new or amended processes and provide feedback.
• Work with HR specialists and technical analysts on day-to-day operations and payroll-related projects.
• Escalate process issues to the team lead and help keep procedures up to date.
