Job summary

AVP is looking for a Partner Manager to lead a portfolio of Odoo Partners in Belgium. You will coach partners to grow their customer base, qualify prospects with tailored demos, and drive partnerships from onboarding to deal closure.

The role requires strong English and Romanian language skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for sales. You will work from our Louvain-la-Neuve office and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Business Master Degree or first relevant professional experience.
English & Romanian.
Entrepreneurial mindset. It is not my job is not part of your vocabulary.
Excellent communication skills.
Passionate about sales, you like to convince, negotiate and achieve targets.
You enjoy taking initiatives to help the team, your partners and customers, you thrive in an autonomous environment.
Work permit for Belgium.

Responsibilities

Act as business coach. You'll have an impact across all areas on your partner's business.
Onboard new Odoo Partners and create action plans to grow them.
Establish long term win-win relationships with your partner portfolio.
Work on inbound leads and manage the full sales cycle: qualify needs, tailor demos, negotiate pricing.
Connect customers with the right Odoo Partner and close the deal.
