Odoo in Antwerp is seeking a Partner Manager for Ukrainian speakers to grow our partner network. You will coach and develop Odoo Partners, qualify needs, and drive growth across the partnership journey.

You’ll manage inbound leads, deliver tailored demos, and connect customers with the right partner. The role offers 2 days of home-working per week within a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Business Master Degree
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian
• 1 to 4 years of technology sales experience
• Ability to empower and challenge your partners
• Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Sales-focused with target drive
• Autonomous, proactive work style
• Work permit for Belgium

Responsabilités

• Act as business coach for partner portfolio
• Onboard new Odoo Partners and grow existing ones
• Establish long-term win-win relationships
• Work on inbound leads and manage full sales cycle
• Connect customers with the right Odoo Partner and close deals
