Edison Smart® is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate delivery of a new Procure-to-Pay platform on contract. You will work closely with the Project Lead and stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, Change Management and external vendors.

This hands-on delivery role focuses on defining deliverables, timelines and resources, managing risks, and ensuring timely execution and adoption across business units. Fluent English required.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management in large Procurement or Finance transformation projects.
• Proven experience implementing a solution for a Finance department.
• Strong understanding of P2P processes: purchasing, goods/services receipts and invoicing.
• Experience with ERP integrations (e.g. SAP, Workday).
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience working with teams across multiple time zones.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English (all documentation and communication is in English).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the implementation of the P2P platform.
• Define deliverables, timelines and resources with the Project Lead and stakeholders.
• Execute and monitor the project plan, escalating issues and driving corrective actions.
• Provide regular project reporting and communications.
• Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and bottlenecks (security, resources, quality).
• Support business process mapping and system design sessions.
• Work with IT on integration of the solution with the ERP and related applications.
• Support the change manager and ensure smooth user adoption.
