Pollet Water Group seeks a Procurement Manager Excellence & Operations to professionalize procurement processes, data, and governance across multiple entities. You will own P2P, drive process optimization, and lead the ERP migration to D365 while collaborating with IT and the procurement teams to digitize workflows.

You will also expand procurement analytics, manage reporting of spend and savings, and develop staff. Fluent Dutch and English required; French/German a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and process thinking.
• Experience with D365 or similar ERP tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement standard procurement processes (P2P).
• Monitor policy compliance and drive process improvements.
• Lead compliance and sustainability initiatives (PPWR, EcoVadis, ISO).
• Expand procurement analytics, manage savings tracker and monthly reports.
• Own D365 procurement modules and support ERP migration to D365.
• Develop buyers and procurement staff through coaching and training.
• Support group-wide processes and standards across entities.
• Sourcing and category management for freight/transport.
