Sentior, Ltd. is seeking a procurement professional to lead tenders, evaluations and acquisitions within a large international context. You will research suppliers, develop sourcing plans and negotiate with partners to secure compliant, high-value contracts.

You will advise on policy, monitor performance with KPIs and ensure post-award compliance. Fluency in English and extensive experience in procurement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading and optimizing complex Acquisition, Procurement and Contractual matters in international organisations or large private companies.
• Pre-award and post-award contracting experience for high-value, complex systems acquisitions.
• Strong knowledge of competitive and sole-source procurement, negotiation, cost/price analysis, contract law and administration.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with upper management.
• Experience using automated procurement tools and ERPs, and familiarity with P2P processes.
• Most work conducted in English in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage tender, evaluation and acquisition processes.
• Research suppliers and markets to inform sourcing plans and commercial strategies.
• Advise on business cases for alternative sourcing models and on policy covering tendering and supplier selection.
• Negotiate with partners and suppliers and develop acceptance criteria and procedures.
• Oversee fulfillment of contractual obligations and measure contractor performance using KPIs.
• Develop strategies to address under-performance and ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Record documents of purchasing tasks and use procurement systems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and contract terms.
