Job summary

ictjob.be is seeking a project coordinator to drive the implementation of a P2P platform across all project phases, aligning deliverables with business objectives and milestones.

You will define timelines, resources, and priorities with the Project Lead and stakeholders, monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and report regularly. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and ERP integration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of a P2P platform across all project phases.
• Define deliverables, timelines, resources, and priorities with the Project Lead and stakeholders.
• Execute the project plan, monitor progress, identify delays, and escalate issues with timely corrective actions.
• Provide regular project reporting to align with objectives, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Support business process mapping and system design workshops.
• Manage risks related to security, resources, quality, and delivery; escalate to the Project Lead with proposed solutions.
• Support Change Manager with change management and user adoption activities.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate the S2p solution with ERP systems and other related applications.
• Ensure a smooth transition and user adoption of the new system.

• Provide regular project reporting and communication to maintain alignment with business objectives, milestones, and timelines
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• Support business process mapping and system design workshops
• Manage project risks related to security, resources, quality, and delivery, escalating issues to the Project Lead and proposing appropriate solutions
• Support the Change Manager with change management and user adoption activities
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful integration of the S2p solution with ERP systems and other related applications
• Ensure a smooth transition and user adoption of the new system
