AVENTA is seeking a Procurement Process Owner in Brussels to own, design and improve key procurement processes and tools within Group Procurement. The role drives projects, reports KPIs, and trains users while ensuring risk and compliance across the organisation.

The position is hybrid, based in Brussels, with two onsite days per week, and requires a degree in a relevant field along with strong SAP P2P knowledge and stakeholder management skills.

• Must-have: Strong analytical and structured hands-on approach.
• Must-have: Stakeholder management across multiple functions.
• Nice-to-have: Procurement process design and project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and continuously improve assigned procurement processes and tools.
• Lead procurement projects and transversal initiatives across the organisation.
• Produce process reporting and KPIs; deliver training to users and align stakeholders.
• Ensure processes address risk and compliance requirements.
