AVENTA is seeking a Procurement Process Owner in Brussels to own, design and improve key procurement processes and tools within Group Procurement. The role drives projects, reports KPIs, and trains users while ensuring risk and compliance across the organisation.
The position is hybrid, based in Brussels, with two onsite days per week, and requires a degree in a relevant field along with strong SAP P2P knowledge and stakeholder management skills.

Within its Group Procurement organisation, the team delivers projects and defines, improves and harmonises procurement processes, driving Procurement for a sustainable, green and reliable energy infrastructure.
Project scope
The Procurement Process Owner is a member of the team within Group Procurement, taking clear ownership of the processes and tools they are responsible for. The role designs, implements and continuously improves assigned procurement processes and products so that they are efficient, effective and aligned with the client's business strategy, and drives transversal projects within and beyond the Procurement organisation. The role is hybrid, with onsite presence in Brussels two days per week by default.

Reporting line: You will report to the team within Group Procurement, interfacing with procurement and cross-functional stakeholders inside and outside the Procurement organisation.
