Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a well-established international consumer goods company across Europe. You will own the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, acting as the key link between customers, sales teams and logistics partners.

You will manage orders in SAP, ensure accurate pricing and availability, and help drive service levels while supporting onboarding of new customers and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Handle orders and delivery-related inquiries from customers and sales teams.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately in SAP.
• Ensure correct pricing, promotions, product availability, quantities and delivery terms.
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve issues affecting shipments or satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the customer service process.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and the sales team regarding orders and delivery-related matters.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately in SAP.
• Ensure correct pricing, promotions, product availability, quantities, and delivery conditions.
• Coordinate deliveries and manage logistics-related queries.
