Michael Page International Belgium is recruiting for an international company in the logistics sector. The role centers on daily email contact with customers, monitoring delivery times and prices, and providing accurate advice.

You will ensure orders are entered correctly into the inventory system and manage order follow-ups (RMA, back orders, pricing). The successful applicant is customer‑oriented, a problem solver, fluent in French and English, with good MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Familiar with customs regulations.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of incoterms is a big plus.

Responsabilités

• Daily contact with customers via e-mail.
• Monitor delivery times and prices, take action where necessary.
• Providing correct advice to customers.
• Ensuring the correct entry of orders into the inventory system on a daily basis.
• Order follow-up (RMA, complaints, pricing, back orders,).
• Preparation of proforma invoices based on Excel data.
