Job summary

Michael Page (Belgium) is seeking an Order To Cash specialist fluent in German and English to join a family-owned FMCG retailer in the Walloon Brabant region.

You will process orders, resolve queries, liaise with sales, logistics and finance, and maintain accurate records. A first experience in customer service or order-to-cash is a plus, with attention to deadlines and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in German and English.
• Experience in customer service or order to cash is a plus.
• Experience in retail or hard discount world is a plus.
• Accurate, meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication with clients, distributors and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Order To Cash German And English should have:

• Ability to communicate clearly in German and English
• A first experience in customer service or order to cash roles is a big plus
• Experience in the retail or hard discount world is a plus (Aldi, Lidl, Kruidvat, Colruyt, ...)
• You are accurate, meticulous and can handle deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with clients, distributors, internal stakeholders, ...
