Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and keep order information up to date
Handle customer service queries in German and English, providing clear information on orders
Follow orders through the order-to-cash process to support timely completion
Liaise with sales, logistics and finance departments
Coordinate order-related information with relevant internal contacts
Check customer and order details to help maintain accurate records
Resolve routine order issues and communicate updates to customers
Maintain clear documentation of customer contacts and order actions
Contribute to a reliable customer service process for the Retail business
