Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Order To Cash specialist fluent in German and English for a family business in the Walloon Brabant region. You will process orders, respond to customer queries, and support the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle.

You will liaise with sales, logistics and finance, maintain accurate records, and help ensure timely order completion. Retail experience is a plus, and accuracy and deadlines matter.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in German and English
• A first experience in customer service or order to cash roles is a big plus
• Experience in the retail or hard discount world is a plus (Aldi, Lidl, Kruidvat, Colruyt, ...)
• You are accurate, meticulous and can handle deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with clients, distributors, internal stakeholders, ...
