Overview

Customer Service Coordinator - Polish + other Eastern language role at Volvo Trucks. Volvo Group aims to shape sustainable transport solutions and deliver excellent customer service through Volvo Action Service (VAS), across Europe and beyond.

We operate a 24/7 service with teams across Ghent (Belgium), Rugby (UK), Bucharest (Romania) and Johannesburg (South Africa). The team supports customers with international breakdowns, providing proactive, high-quality service to get vehicles back on the road quickly.

Responsibilities

• Our multi-lingual advisors utilise their language skills to support customers with international breakdowns, taking ownership of the breakdown and providing peace of mind no matter where the customer is in Europe.
• Maintain regular communication with the dealer performing the repair and keep the customer updated on progress.
• Apply a creative and proactive approach to problem solving to ensure customers are well supported and that issues are resolved efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and share knowledge across the organization.
