• Utilise your language skills to support customers with international breakdowns, taking full ownership of the breakdown and providing peace of mind.
• Maintain regular dialogue with dealers doing the repair and update customers with progress.
• Apply a creative and proactive approach to problem solving, thinking outside the box when things are not going smoothly.
• Work collaboratively within a 24/7 operation across multiple sites in Europe and South Africa.
