Volvo Group is seeking multilingual Customer Advisors to support international breakdowns from anywhere in Europe. You’ll use your English and German language skills to take ownership of the situation, communicate with dealers, and keep customers informed with clear progress updates.

This is a 24/7 operation across Ghent, Rugby, Bucharest and Johannesburg, offering an international environment and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German are required.
• Customer-focused with a proactive mindset.
• Confident communicator, adaptable to different customers.
• Team player who supports and uplifts colleagues.
• Willingness to work in shifts for 24/7 coverage.

Responsabilités

• Support customers with international breakdowns using language skills.
• Maintain regular dialogue with the dealer and update customers on progress.
• Proactive problem solving to ensure customers are well supported.
