Job summary

Hawaiian Poké Bowl is opening a new restaurant at Kinepolis Antwerp in mid-December and seeks a Restaurant Manager to build a strong team and drive a successful launch. You will spend 70–80% of your time on the restaurant floor, lead by example, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will recruit, coach, motivate, and develop your team, manage inventory and scheduling, and uphold HACCP standards while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality management.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP guidelines and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
• Lead the opening of the new Hawaiian Poké Bowl at Kinepolis Antwerp from day one.
• Manage inventory, orders, staff scheduling and KPIs.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle complaints professionally.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve high results.
• Maintain quality and safety standards across the operation.
