Job summary

Envista in Belgium (Vlaams-Brabant) seeks an IT Field Services professional to provide onsite and remote end-user support. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, support Windows AD, VPN, Citrix, and maintain security and asset records.

You will collaborate with regional IT colleagues, participate in deployments, manage user accounts, and travel to regional sites as needed to ensure continuous productivity and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with four years of experience, or six years of related experience and/or training.
• Hands-on experience supporting PCs, laptops, peripherals, and end users in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, application, and network connectivity issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, LAN/VPN connectivity, DHCP, IP networking, and endpoint support.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with local and remote colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional onsite and remote IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues.
• Perform second-level troubleshooting across Windows PCs and laptops, LAN, VPN, Citrix, email, enterprise applications, DHCP, and IP connectivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and VOIP phones, including software patching and malware remediation.
• Manage user accounts and access within Active Directory following security practices.
• Support local network infrastructure and basic cabling activities.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation across configuration, deployment and lifecycle.
