WLG in Mons, Belgium is looking for a hands-on IT support specialist to keep computing, printing and network equipment running. You will install, configure and repair devices on site, ensuring users stay productive and secure.

The role emphasizes desktop hardware, software, AD, and policy management, with a focus on rapid incident resolution and collaboration with corporate infrastructure teams. Your background includes certifications like CompTIA A+ or MCITP and several years in IT

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ or MCITP certification is required.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Experience with Active Directory objects, user accounts and permissions.
• Three years in a communications and information systems environment.
• Three years supporting users, desktop hardware and desktop software.
• Three years in an IT administration role.

Responsabilités

• Installing, maintaining and operating the full spread of workstations, printers and network devices behind the site's office automation services.
• Setting up commercial software on networked and standalone machines, and the network client software on the local-network workstations.
• Configuring local server software and the more awkward peripherals.
• Creating and maintaining user access, and troubleshooting it for both fixed desks and mobile devices.
• Working with organisational units in Active Directory and with group policy.
• Handling support requests, work orders and whatever else the queue brings.
• Packaging software so it deploys automatically rather than one machine at a time.
• Contributing to security compliance and remediation work.
• Feeding incident, change, configuration and asset management through the service-management toolkit.
