In4Matic Belgium invites an experienced IT support professional to be the first contact for colleagues, delivering hands-on help with PCs, mobile devices and Microsoft 365. You’ll assist onboarding, arrange meeting room tech and ensure smooth workplace operations.

You will work on-site at least four days a week, supporting users both remotely and on the floor, and collaborate with IT specialists to resolve issues and improve processes. Fluency in Dutch/French/English is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of IT support or service desk experience.
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to explain tech clearly.
• Proactive, solution-driven and collaborative.
• Willingness to learn ITIL extended knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Act as main IT contact for colleagues across the organisation.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support for PCs, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365.
• Configure IT equipment for new joiners and onboarding.
• Handle incidents and service requests with focus on service quality.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and IT specialists to resolve issues.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
