Job summary

In4Matic is seeking a hands-on Workplace IT Support & Installation Assistant to join the infrastructure operations team. You’ll prepare, install, configure, and deliver IT equipment, ensuring workstations are ready for use.

On-the-job training is provided, with a practical, team-oriented environment. The role focuses on hands-on setup, progress monitoring, and administrative tasks using digital tools, with a strong emphasis on Dutch-language communication and safety in a collaborative on-site

Qualifications

• Interest in IT and computers.
• Familiarity with Windows and basic IT equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect IT equipment from the warehouse and prepare for installation.
• Unpack, assemble, and configure equipment with automated processes.
• Install and validate IT hardware and ensure correct installation.
