Job summary

MPower Plus in Brussels is seeking an experienced desktop support specialist for a 6-12+ month contract. You will provide on-site end-user computing support, troubleshoot Windows 10/11 PCs and mobile devices, and maintain Microsoft 365 apps for a diverse user base.

You will work with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, assist with AV equipment, basic networking, and collaborate with infrastructure teams. The role demands hands-on problem solving and asset management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Desktop Support / End-User Computing / IT Infrastructure Support.
• Hands-on troubleshooting for Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
• Mobile device support for iOS and Android platforms.
• MDM solutions experience (Intune) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
• Experience with Teams Rooms and AV equipment.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and IT asset management.
