Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Onboarding Engineer based in Belgium to lead the technical implementation of customer onboarding in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will manage API integrations, data mapping, and CRM configuration, working with onboarding, customer success, and engineering teams to deliver a seamless launch and reliable handoffs.

In this role you will develop runbooks, guides, and metrics to improve onboarding efficiency, resolve complex integration issues, and mentor future

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS onboarding or related roles.
Experience with APIs, data integrations, and troubleshooting.
Ability to present implementation plans to leadership.
Experience managing full lifecycle onboarding projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical onboarding setup, including API integrations and data mapping.
Coordinate the full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
Diagnose and resolve integration issues and configuration challenges.
Create onboarding runbooks, guides, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with Engineering to report bugs and advocate improvements.
Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth handoff post-onboarding.
Define and monitor onboarding success metrics and blockers.
Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Support communications on requirements, progress, and timelines.
Mentor future onboarding engineers and help scalable practices.
