Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist in Belgium for a fully remote, hands-on role focused on onboarding, API validation, and production readiness for merchants in a fast-moving fintech environment.

You will collaborate with international merchants and Engineering to resolve complex issues, monitor reliability, and ensure smooth Go-Live experiences, with significant ownership over platform readiness and incident handling.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in L2/L3 technical support or similar fintech/crypto/payments environment.
• Hands-on with system logs and monitoring tools to trace transaction errors.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs and JSON structures for integration troubleshooting.
• Proficient in using Postman to validate API requests and troubleshoot responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchant onboarding by configuring integrations, payment routing, and methods across PSP, on/off-ramp, and card solutions.
• Manage API access and environments; issue API keys and ensure production readiness.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot issues using Postman and logs to isolate root causes before go-live.
• Investigate transaction incidents by analyzing payloads, queries, and logs to determine remediation.
• Use Grafana and similar tools to trace errors across systems and improve reliability.
• Replicate bugs and determine if issues originate on merchant side or platform.
• Provide clear escalations to Engineering and support final production readiness checks.
• Communicate findings to international merchants and internal stakeholders with actionable next steps.
• Prepare concise incident reports and maintain thorough documentation throughout troubleshooting.
• Maintain accountability through resolution, emphasizing accuracy and timely execution.
