Job summary

Partner Company, represented by Jobgether, seeks an Onboarding Engineer in Belgium to lead technical customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and handoff. You will resolve integration issues, document processes, and collaborate with Onboarding, CS, and Engineering to ensure a smooth, scalable onboarding experience.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, customer communication, and building repeatable onboarding playbooks to improve time-to-value and retention.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in B2B SaaS onboarding or related roles.
• Hands-on API, data integration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Clear written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing onboarding projects end-to-end.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• CRM integrations experience (Salesforce or HubSpot) advantageous.
• Consultative mindset for understanding customer needs.
• Commitment to quality and preventing recurring issues.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, CS, and Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical setup of onboarding, including API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, authentication, and security.
• Coordinate full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff.
• Diagnose and resolve integration failures and data sync issues.
• Develop onboarding runbooks, guides, and repeatable processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to document bugs and propose product improvements.
• Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth transitions to support.
• Define and monitor onboarding metrics like time to value and completion rates.
• Identify onboarding risks and communicate delays with recommended solutions.
• Support communications on technical requirements and timelines.
• Contribute to scalable onboarding practices and mentor others.
