Vaigo is seeking a Mobility Solutions Specialist in Belgium to join a fast-growing SaaS scale-up that blends pre-sales expertise with implementation ownership. In this junior role (0–2 years), you’ll support partner account managers and take full ownership of customer implementations, from policy configuration to go-live, while leveraging AI to enhance every step.

• Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in a related role.
• Demonstrates exceptional entrepreneurial drive and ownership.

Responsabilités

• Join prospect conversations as platform expert.
• Answer technical and functional questions and position Vaigo clearly.
• Help close deals with credibility, not a script.
• Lead implementation: configure mobility policy, payroll integration, onboarding.
• Own go-live and be single point of contact from kickoff to launch.
• Follow up after go-live to prevent escalations.
• Use AI at every step to increase productivity.
• Represent customer voice and feed learnings into sales and implementation.
