Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Belgium is seeking a Forward Deployed Agile Software Engineer to join an engineering team that combines software development, AI, and product innovation to solve real business challenges.

You will work directly with clients to turn ambiguous needs into production-ready digital solutions, designing AI-powered apps, autonomous agents, and full-stack systems that are reliable, secure, and scalable.

Qualifications

Production-grade software experience, including AI-powered apps or autonomous agents.
Strong Python/TypeScript skills and AI tooling experience.
Experience designing agent loops, tool use, and stateful workflows.
Knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, cloud infra, and observability.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to translate needs into architectures and delivery plans.
Design and deploy AI-enabled apps, agentic workflows, and APIs.
Build AI harness infrastructure including prompts, tools, and memory.
Develop agent orchestration with planning, execution, observation, and termination.
Establish evaluation and QA frameworks for reliability and cost.
Prototype rapidly and move to production systems.
Integrate AI solutions with client systems and data sources.
Ensure security, observability, and reliability.
