Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager based in Belgium to coordinate complex engineering initiatives across central services, DevOps and data teams. You will blend software engineering expertise with program management, automation, and data-driven reporting to improve delivery, establish scalable workflows, and increase visibility into progress.

You will lead a small team of contract engineers and ensure clear priorities, ownership, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Professional software development experience with a focus on technical program management or delivery coordination.
• Ability to read code, write scripts, and collaborate with engineering teams; no specific language required.
• Demonstrated ability to automate workflows, call APIs, integrate tools, and build reporting solutions.
• Practical experience using AI tools extensively in engineering workflows.
• Experience managing delivery or release reporting for teams shipping software regularly.
• Previous experience leading engineers or a small technical team, setting priorities and providing feedback.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to distinguish urgency from competing demands.
• Excellent written communication to document decisions and progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering delivery, improve operational efficiency, and ensure teams have clear priorities, ownership, and visibility into progress.
• Manage intake and triage for central services, DevOps, and data teams, determining request ownership, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain a consolidated view of ongoing initiatives to coordinate parallel work and protect delivery outcomes.
• Track releases and communicate what has shipped, what is rolling out, and what is blocked with clear explanations.
• Lead a small team of contract engineers, including setting priorities and providing performance feedback.
• Automate operational workflows by integrating systems via APIs and reducing manual status tracking.
• Develop consolidated dashboards that provide visibility into applications, infrastructure, data systems, and release progress.
• Integrate AI tools into engineering workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Oversee core delivery practices including planning, commitments, retrospectives, and release ownership.
