Job summary

Abakus IT-Solutions in Eupen is seeking a junior to medior IT support specialist to strengthen system administration skills on-site. You will handle incident tickets, manage AD and Microsoft 365, and maintain Windows workstations.

Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding hardware, performing basic backups and security updates, and documenting procedures. Fluent French/German is required, English is a plus; 100% on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or an equivalent technical field.
• Junior or medior profile: prior experience in IT support or system administration is an asset.
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle first-level requests and incidents (tickets, phone, on site).
