Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and GPO services
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive)
• Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases
• Administer VMware virtualisation infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter, Site Recovery Manager and vSphere Replication)
• Deploy, administer and maintain Lansweeper IT inventory solution
• Deploy, administer and maintain WhatsUp Gold monitoring solution
• Deploy, administer and maintain WithSecure antivirus solution
• Deploy, administer and maintain SafeQ print management solution
• Configure and maintain multimedia and videoconferencing equipment in meeting rooms
• Ensure availability, performance and security of system infrastructure
• Provide third-line support
• Write and update technical documentation
