Job summary

EngiFlex BV is hiring an IT Care Agent to be a visible contact for colleagues and ensure smooth daily work. You will handle IT incidents, support Windows/M365, and assist on-site in Brussels, including onboarding and printer support.

You will work with IT teams to improve services, contribute to documentation, and apply ITIL/ITSM practices. Fluency in Dutch and good French/English are required for daily collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in IT Support or Service Desk.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft 365, Office 365, mobile devices and tablets.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Experience with printer support, preferably Canon and uniFLOW.
• Basic understanding of VLAN and Wi‑Fi networks.
• Fluent in Dutch; strong command of French and English.
• Clear, customer‑oriented communication; proactive and collaborative.

Your profile

You enjoy solving problems, helping users and working closely with colleagues.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role.
• You are comfortable with Windows, Microsoft 365, Office 365, mobile devices and tablets.
• You have knowledge of Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, ITIL and ITSM processes.
• You have experience with printer support, preferably including Canon and uniFLOW.
• You have a basic understanding of network topics such as VLAN and Wi‑Fi.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a very good command of French and English.
• You explain technical matters in a clear and accessible way and work in a customer‑oriented manner.
• You are proactive, solution‑driven and comfortable in a collaborative environment.

Where are you going to work?
