Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Support Technician (Backfill, Dispatch) based in Belgium to provide onsite IT support on an on-call basis. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, and support end-user devices and operating systems.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and a readiness for on-call assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite IT or desktop support.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Based in Belgium and available for on-call assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support and break/fix services
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Support end-user devices and operating systems
• Escalate complex technical issues when required
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA requirements
