You will serve as the primary face of the office and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and leadership to foster a welcoming, efficient environment.

• Proven background in office management, administration, or operations support.

• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the central point of contact for Leuven site, greeting visitors and coordinating office matters.
• Participate in site council and represent office culture initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, professional space and manage snacks, beverages, and social perks.
• Coordinate with facilities, IT, People, and Finance teams and manage health and safety tasks.
• Lead local events, travel logistics, onboarding/offboarding, and fleet coordination.
