Job summary

Fosbury & Sons Boitsfort is seeking a Location Manager to own the site’s performance, lead a five‑person team and translate ambitious goals into clear strategy and actions.

You will manage the P&L, monitor budgets and KPIs, drive workspace growth, sustain member retention and develop partnerships.

This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership across Operations, Meetings & Events, Marketing and Front Desk, and fluency in French and Dutch with strong English.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in a commercial, management or business role, including leading or managing a team.
• Strong understanding of P&L and commercial mindset.
• Ability to translate ambitions into clear priorities, targets and actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for Workspace and Meetings & Events.
• Monitor key financial KPIs, budgets, pricing, margins and costs.
• Drive workspace growth from opportunities and negotiations to contract signature.
• Focus on member retention, occupancy and revenue growth.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and develop partnerships.
