Penta Hotels in Brussels is seeking an organized administrator to coordinate group bookings and support sales, bridging communication between organizers and internal teams. You’ll translate guest wishes into smooth stays and events in a dynamic, international setting.

Fluency in Dutch, French, and English will help you connect with diverse clients and colleagues. You’ll manage documents, checklists, and client follow-ups to ensure a premium experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Experience with group bookings or event coordination is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead group bookings coordination and relay details to the Sales & Event development Specialist.
• Collaborate closely with Proactive Sales and Sales & Event development Specialist.
• Engage with organizers to understand and translate wishes into well-executed stays and events.
• Support sales through research, prospecting, and maintaining client contact.
• Ensure contracts and checklists are complete and no steps are missed.
