Hermès Benelux Nordics in Brussels seeks a Client Relations Agent fluent in Dutch, French and English to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for our customers across the Benelux and Nordics. You will be the main point of contact for end customers via email, phone and other channels, advising on product information, availability and services, and coordinating with stores as needed.

Available from February 2027 to support the opening of the Client Relations Center on March 1, 2027, you bring

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, retail or e-commerce preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French, Dutch and English.
• Organised, with strong prioritisation and stress-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise customers by telephone and via digital channels with high-quality omnichannel service.
• Provide comprehensive product information, availability, reservations and related details.
• Explain procedures (purchases, returns, exchanges) and follow up with stores.
