Aimbridge in Ghent is seeking a Cluster Hotel Revenue Manager to maximise revenue across Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ghent, Courtyard by Marriott Ghent and Residence Inn Ghent. You’ll lead pricing, inventory and demand strategies, partner with General Managers and Sales, Marketing and operations, and translate market insight into actionable plans for three connected hotels.

• Experience in multi-property or cluster environments is highly valued.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to coach others.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of revenue strategy across three hotels: pricing, inventory and demand.
• Analyse market performance, competitor activity and historical data to inform forecasting and pricing.
• Develop and optimise promotions and packages with Sales and Marketing to drive demand.
• Audit and reconcile financial and revenue reports, support budget delivery and digital channel performance.
• Communicate the local revenue action plan to ops, sales and media teams.
