Job summary

YUST in Antwerp is seeking a commercially curious Revenue Manager to shape the pricing, forecasting and distribution for a hybrid hotel scale-up. You will own revenue performance across properties, build dashboards, and partner with Sales and GMs to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years revenue management in multi-property or hybrid hospitality.
• Pricing, forecasting, distribution and inventory management experience.
• Hands-on with PMS/RMS/CRS and BI tools; pre-opening experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue strategy across properties, balancing occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Develop forward-looking forecasts and assist with annual budgeting.
• Build dashboards to guide executive decisions and monitor performance.
• Evaluate channels and drive direct bookings; optimise pricing tiers.
• Lead pre-opening commercial setup for Utrecht and new markets.
• Foster a revenue-driven mindset across the group in collaboration with GMs.
