Job summary

Curios in Belgium is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the new commercial function, selling cybersecurity consultancy including assessments, penetration testing and NIS2/ISO 27001 services. You will split time between winning new clients and expanding existing accounts, coordinating with senior consultants to price and scope work.

The role is hybrid: home, client sites, and our Antwerp office, with travel to clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT or security, able to discuss NIS2/ISO 27001, penetration testing or vCISO work.
• Experience running outreach, pipeline and proposals with commercial conversations at CISO/IT-director level.
• Dutch and English working proficiency; French an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Open and qualify opportunities, build the pipeline and win new clients.
• Coordinate with senior consultant to price and scope work; serve as main client contact for commercial aspects.
• Bring in the senior consultant when technical discussions arise; manage client relationships through the sale cycle.
