Job summary

NVISO in Belgium is seeking a Senior Security Operations Engineering Manager to grow the SOE business and lead its senior delivery capability. You will own revenue targets, drive proposals, and shape delivery quality.

You will work with defense, energy, finance, and other clients, leading teams of experienced consultants, coaching them and building long-term relationships with key accounts. Fluent English and French or Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• Citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least eight years in cyber security with SOC knowledge (security operations, SOC consulting or related).
• At least three years in business development, sales, account management or commercially oriented consulting.
• Experience growing cyber-security services through new business and long-term account development.
• Fluent business English; professional fluency in French or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Own the SOE revenue target and sales pipeline, covering new business and expansion of accounts.
• Build customer relationships and lead proposals, SOWs, RFP responses and tenders, with partners approving final commitments.
• Work with team leaders to manage delivery quality, customer satisfaction, staffing, utilisation, profitability and delivery risk.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer and delivery matters, and contribute to selected high-end projects.
• Provide functional leadership to team leaders and SOE consultants with six or more years of relevant experience.
• Coach experienced consultants and contribute to performance, career, staffing, development, retention and recruitment decisions.
• Bring customer and delivery feedback to the Solution Lead to support portfolio development.
