Job summary

NVISO GmbH is seeking a Senior Security Operations Engineering Manager (m/w/d) located in Germany to grow the Security Operations Engineering (SOE) business and lead its senior delivery capability. You will own revenue targets, manage delivery quality, and coach experienced SOE consultants.

You will work with defense, energy, finance and other sectors, shaping proposals, SOWs and tenders, while collaborating with the Solution Lead and Service Line partners.

Qualifications

• Citizenship in one of the NATO member states or Austrian citizenship.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least eight years of experience in cyber security with a strong SOC background.
• At least three years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Demonstrated growth of cyber-security services through new business and long-term account development.
• Experience delivering complex professional-services engagements (proposals, SOWs, RFPs or tenders).
• Strong understanding of SOC operating models, SIEM and detection engineering.
• Experience managing consulting delivery, including quality, staffing and delivery risk.
• Proven ability to lead and coach senior cyber-security professionals.
• Fluent business English and local language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the SOE revenue target and sales pipeline, including new business and expansion.
• Build customer relationships and lead proposals, SOWs, and tenders with partners.
• Collaborate with team leaders to manage delivery quality, staffing, utilization and profitability.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer and delivery matters.
• Provide functional leadership to SOE consultants and coaching to staff.
• Contribute to development of the SOE portfolio with customer feedback.
