NVISO GmbH in Belgium is seeking a Senior Security Operations Engineering Manager to grow the SOE business and lead its delivery capability across strategic engagements. You will own revenue targets, shape proposals, manage client relationships, and mentor a team of experienced consultants while collaborating with leadership to expand NVISO's security operations portfolio.

This role requires a strong SOC background, at least eight years in cyber security, and fluent English with French or Dutch.

Formación

• Eight+ years of experience in cyber security with a strong SOC background.
• Three+ years in business development, sales or commercially oriented consulting.
• Proven ability to win work, grow customers and lead delivery.
• Experience shaping complex professional-services engagements, including proposals and tenders.
• Excellent English and proficiency in French or Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SOE revenue target and sales pipeline, including new business and account expansion.
• Lead proposals, SOWs, RFP responses and tenders with partners.
• Manage delivery quality, staffing, utilization and profitability.
• Act as senior escalation point on complex customer issues and projects.
• Coach and develop six+ year experienced consultants and team leaders.
• Provide feedback to shape the SOE portfolio.
