Job summary

Global Blue by Shift4 is seeking a Merchant & Diplomate Service Support to provide reliable operational and administrative support to the Merchant Service and Diplomat Service teams, acting as a key contact for retailers, customers and the Sales team, ensuring accurate retailer data and timely file preparation.

You will handle data maintenance, DTF validation, invoicing and after-sales coordination, while supporting cross-team collaboration and process improvements to enhance the Global Blue

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable operational and administrative support to Merchant Service and Diplomat Service teams.

• Support bad debt follow-up and coordinate with retailers and internal services.
• Maintain retailer data, process documentation and office systems.
• Assist with retailer settings, invoicing and after-sales coordination.
