Global Blue by Shift4 is looking for a Merchant & Diplomat Service Support to provide reliable operational and administrative support to the Merchant Service and Diplomat Service teams. You will act as a key contact for retailers, customers and the Sales team, ensuring accurate retailer data and timely file preparation.

You will support DTF validation, keep data up to date, and handle invoicing and after-sales coordination with partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in account management, customer service, administrative support or operations.
• Experience in merchant/retailer support or back-office operations is an advantage.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.

Responsabilités

• Provide reliable operational and administrative support to Merchant Service and Diplomat Service teams.
• Act as a key contact for retailers, customers and the Sales team.
• Prepare, maintain and send Merchant Service team files in line with internal process requirements.
• Support DTF validation and completions based on volume, priority and Merchant Service team workload.
• Assist with retailer settings in office systems and ensure data is complete, accurate and up to date.
• Administrative tasks, handling customer requests by telephone, support, handling mail and invoicing and coordination towards customers.
• First-line point of contact and support for customers and coordination to partners in respect to operational tasks and follow-up of after-sales and complaint handling and assist with settings in our office system.
• Contract drafting, archive and management, maintenance of the administration system.
• Involved in projects to improve the Global Blue services.
• Sort TFF forms, prepare boxes for shipment and ensure records are handled accurately.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Diplomat Service activities, including customer/retailer queries and coordination with Sales.
