David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Member Support Advisor for Belgium. Based at our Brussels membership hub in Uccle, you will handle member queries via chat, phone, and email, delivering timely, accurate, and friendly support. The role features fixed hours (9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00) and an office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential.
• Previous experience in a call centre environment would be desirable.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a drive to hit targets.
• Resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle member queries and requests via Chat, Telephone, and Email.
• Process membership queries in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Engage with members to deliver high quality service.
• Work from our Brussels hub, with office-based schedule.
• Support hub operations during 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00.
