David Lloyd Clubs Ltd. is seeking a Member Support Advisor for Belgium to handle member queries across chat, phone and email from our Brussels hub. You’ll ensure timely, accurate responses and actively engage with members to deliver top-tier service.

The role is based in our Brussels membership hub with office-based work hours, typically 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00, offering a stable routine and clear patterns for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential.
• Call centre experience would be desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Able to hit targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle member queries and requests via Chat, Telephone and Email.
• Process membership queries in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Engage with members to deliver the best possible quality and service.
• Work from the Brussels hub with standard hours: 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00.
