The role is based at our Uccle hub with office hours 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00, and requires excellent communication, resilience and a drive to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Outbound calling experience and handling customer queries is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong drive to hit targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilient and able to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Must be within commuting distance; this is an office-based role.

Responsibilities

• Handle member queries via chat, phone and email and provide timely responses.
• Process queries accurately and efficiently for a high-quality service.
• Engage with members to deliver excellent service and support.
• Based at Brussels hub (Uccle) with fixed shifts 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00.
