David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Brussels is seeking a Membership Support Advisor to handle member queries via chat, telephone and email. You will process requests promptly and accurately, ensuring the best possible service and engagement with our members.

The role is based at our Uccle hub with office hours 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00, and requires excellent communication, resilience and a drive to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Outbound calling experience and handling customer queries is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong drive to hit targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilient and able to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Must be within commuting distance; this is an office-based role.
