Cohabs in Brussels is seeking a Project Manager Intern to support renovation projects from pricing and preparation through construction and final delivery.

You will coordinate with Designers, Product, and Architects, manage suppliers and contractors, and help ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining Cohabs’ standards.

Starting January 2027, this internship offers practical experience in a fast-growing, community-driven housing company.

Qualifications

• Relevant Background: Bachelor’s degree in business/admin related field.
• Construction Enthusiast with interest in design, sustainability, and PM.
• Hands-on mindset and on-site eagerness.
• Proactive and curious with initiative to improve processes.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and procurement/Google Suite familiarity.
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French; English is a plus.
• Solution‑oriented and eager to contribute ideas to workflows.

Responsabilités

• Support renovation projects in Brussels from pricing to delivery and ensure adherence to Cohabs’ standards.
• Coordinate with Designers, Product, and Architects and with external contractors to define project specs.
• Manage day-to-day communications with suppliers and contractors and ensure alignment.
• Support all project stages from site setup and design support through construction and testing to delivery.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure favorable terms.
